Leon Almashan is the Clinical Director & Men’s Health Specialist at MansMatters. With 20 years of clinical experience, he has focused on men’s health since 2013 and founded MansMatters in 2018. His main clinical focus is Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease and penile rehabilitation, using non-surgical and multimodal approaches to male sexual health.
Leon is the developer of PD360™, a multimodal protocol for Peyronie’s Disease and associated Erectile Dysfunction. Leon is a Full Member of the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM) and is actively involved in clinical research.
Leon is lead author of a prospective observational study investigating a standardised multimodal treatment protocol for Peyronie’s Disease, currently undergoing peer review with BMC Urology.
His research on Peyronie’s Disease received the 1st Best Oral Abstract Award at the 6th Interdisciplinary Urology Care Consortium (IUCC) in 2026.
