How Can Peyronie's Disease Change the Shape of the Penis?
Peyronie’s disease can affect the shape and stability of the penis in several ways, with curvature being only one possible presentation. Some men may experience narrowing, indentation, an hourglass shape or reduced stability during an erection. One of the most recognised signs of Peyronie’s disease is a new or worsening bend in the penis. The curvature may develop upwards, downwards or to either side and can vary considerably between patients.
