Private & Confidential Clinic

Peyronie’s Disease and Erectile Dysfunction are private and emotionally challenged conditions. They are also lonely ones. Whereas someone might feel quite at ease to discuss cancer or diabetes, they are unlikely to openly discuss Peyronie’s or ED with friends or family or at a social gathering,

Whilst there is no taboo in having Peyronie’s disease and 9% of the male population endure some degree of it, we appreciate the personal nature of this condition and the need for total privacy. This starts from the moment you contact us. We ensure that only people you will deal with will be your consultant, the clinical director or reception.

We will agree the most appropriate way to communicate between us and will not call you unless previously arranged, to avoid you discussing your treatment in public. In addition to the phone, some men preferred an encrypted service such as WhatsApp as opposed to email. We are happy to accommodate this.

Our Richmond Clinic

Most of our Peyronie’s disease treatments are undertaken at our clinic in Richmond upon Thames a mere 200 metres away from the picturesque Ham Common. Our clinic is a stand-alone building and we have private parking at the front. We treat a number of unrelated conditions at this clinic and no other patient will be aware of your treatments with the exception of the reception.

Your initial consultation will take place in a private consultation room. If you have a partner, of whatever gender, please feel free for them to attend the initial consultation with the Shockwave consultant.

All treatments, from start to completion, are totally confidential. No information will be disclosed to any other person, without your express consent.
